Ben Snyder

Ben Snyder is a dedicated professional with experience in both software engineering and leadership within academic and community-focused organizations. Currently serving as the Vice President of Academic Affairs for the UMD Interfraternity Council since December 2021, Ben collaborates with a team to enhance the Greek life community through charity and educational initiatives. In parallel, Ben works at Mindgrasp.io as a Software Engineer, where projects involve developing machine learning tools and AI-based education applications. Past roles include a Software Engineer Intern at MathWorks, focusing on automating translations for global software projects, and an intern at Entegra Systems, where Ben developed virtual reality software for national security applications. Ben holds a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science and Mathematics from the University of Maryland, complemented by a high school diploma from Mount Hebron High School.
