Cathryn Bologna

Cathryn Bologna holds a Master of Business Administration from William & Mary – Raymond A. Mason School of Business and a Bachelor of Arts in Elementary Education from Flagler College. With experience as a Human Resources Business Partner and Talent Acquisition Specialist at Northrop Grumman, Cathryn has developed expertise in various HR functions. Previous roles also include serving as an Education Specialist in Brevard County Schools, a Student Teacher Intern at Ketterlinus Elementary School, and a Teacher Naturalist Intern at the Great Smoky Mountain Institute.
