Cleveland-Joel Wilcox

Cleveland-Joel Wilcox is a seasoned engineer with extensive experience in systems testing, RF engineering, and project assistance. Currently serving as a Principal Engineer Systems Test at Northrop Grumman since October 2023, Cleveland-Joel previously worked as an EW RF Engineer at the Johns Hopkins University Applied Physics Laboratory from September 2022 to October 2023 and held various engineering roles at Northrop Grumman from July 2017 to September 2022, including Principal Engineer RF Microwave Design. Beginning in April 2015, Cleveland-Joel contributed as a Project Assistant and Engineering Intern at the City of Los Angeles, focusing on data analysis and wastewater treatment projects.
