Destiny VanDerveer is a seasoned professional in talent acquisition and human resources, currently serving as a Talent Acquisition Business Partner at Northrop Grumman since September 2022. Prior to this role, Destiny held the position of Technical Recruiter in a freelance capacity. With considerable experience at Blushing Rose Events L.L.C. as a Recruiter, Assistant to the Chief Executive Officer, and Day of Coordinator, Destiny also contributed to business operations at SWIM USA in Sales & Strategy, and gained valuable experience as a Merchant Assistant at Ross Stores, Inc. and a Design and Sales Team Assistant at Ronni Nicole. Destiny holds a Bachelor’s degree in Advertising and Marketing Communications and an Associate of Arts and Sciences in Fashion Business Management, both from the Fashion Institute of Technology.
