Sandra Tin

Sandra Tin is currently employed as a Program Cost Control professional at Northrop Grumman since February 2024, focusing on the Aeronautics System Sector. Previously, Sandra worked at Schneider Electric from June 2017 to September 2022 in various roles, including Value Architect & Business Reporting for an ERP transformation project that enhanced customer account creation efficiency and data quality. In addition, Sandra served as a Business Analyst for the US Commercial Strategy, leading projects that improved CRM and sales enablement tools for a sales force of approximately 800. Sandra's earlier experience includes leading global Inside Sales transformation projects and a consulting internship at Deloitte focused on financial advisory services. Sandra holds a Master's Degree in Marketing Management from EDHEC Business School, an Intermediate Data Analytics certification from Northeastern University, and a Bachelor's degree in International Business from Tunghai University.
