Chance Smith is a dedicated real estate professional and business owner with extensive experience in the fields of real estate, graphic design, and education. Since June 2022, Chance has served as a Real Estate Agent at Northrop Realty and previously worked as a Professional Realtor at RE/MAX Aspire and as a Real Estate Agent at Keller Williams Realty Centre, leveraging in-depth market knowledge to assist clients throughout the buying and selling process. As the owner of Revive Investing, LLC, Chance focuses on renovating properties and providing solutions for homeowners facing financial challenges while revitalizing communities across multiple states. Additionally, Chance has a strong background in graphic design, having worked with organizations like Flash Technology Group, Booz Allen Hamilton, and Textron Systems, where creative and instructional design skills were utilized in various projects. Chance holds a Master of Arts in Teaching and a Bachelor's Degree in Fine and Studio Arts & Psychology from St. Mary's College of Maryland.
