Kimberly Martin

Kimberly Martin is a knowledgeable REALTOR® with extensive experience in real estate sales in Coastal Delaware. Currently with Northrop Realty since May 2022, Kimberly previously spent nearly nine years at Ocean Atlantic Sotheby's International Realty, where recognition as an award-winning licensed Realtor since 2000 was achieved. A native of Rehoboth Beach, Kimberly possesses a deep understanding of the local community and real estate market. Earlier career roles include project coordination and business development at BSD, a successful tenure as a sales associate with Jack Lingo Inc., and significant experience as a project manager and interior designer with various firms. Kimberly holds a Bachelor of Science in Interior Design from Hood College.
