Greg Fischer

Greg Fischer is a Medical Doctor with extensive experience in pain management and anesthesiology. Currently, Fischer serves as a Medical Doctor at NorthStar Anesthesia and as Program Director for Pain Medicine at Inova Health System. Fischer also holds the position of Team Physician for the Washington Commanders and is an Assistant Professor at the University of Virginia School of Medicine. Active in various professional groups, Fischer is a member of the Inova Opioid Task Force and a board member of the Inova Spine Advisory Board. Previously, Fischer was the Medical Director of the Inova Fairfax Hospital Pain Management Service and an Associate Professor at Virginia Commonwealth University School of Medicine. Education includes a Doctor of Medicine degree from the University of Pittsburgh and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Chemistry from the University of Pennsylvania.
