Agnes Barden

Agnes Barden, DNP, RN, CPXP, serves as Vice President of the Office of Patient and Customer Experience at Northwell Health, where important initiatives include cultivating a culture of excellence in patient experience and developing leadership training for executives. With a career at Northwell Health spanning from an Associate Executive Director to various leadership roles, Agnes has significantly enhanced patient and family-centered care across multiple departments. Achievements include transforming patient experience metrics, establishing councils for shared governance, and implementing comprehensive educational programs for staff. Agnes holds a Doctor of Nursing Practice from Case Western Reserve University and a Master of Science in Nursing from Herbert H. Lehman College, complemented by a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Niagara University.
