Edith Tsai

Yiting (Edith) Tsai, PHR®, is a seasoned Human Resources professional with extensive experience in various roles across multiple organizations. Currently serving as a Human Resources Generalist at North Shore University Hospital since April 2022, Yiting has previously worked at Charles B. Wang Community Health Center as a Human Resources Specialist from March 2016 to June 2019 and at RELX Group as an HR Analyst in late 2015. Early in the career, Yiting held positions as an HRLDP Specialist Intern and Compensation Analyst at Amazon and as a Business Partner - Field Sales, Retail Development Assistant, and Human Resources Temp/Assistant at L'Oréal. Additionally, Yiting contributed to the Harvard World Model United Nations as an Officer of Conference Volunteer Department. Yiting holds a Master’s degree in Industrial and Labor Relations from Cornell University and a Bachelor of Arts in Library and Information Science from National Taiwan University.
