Ricardo Henao

Ricardo Henao serves as the AVP of IT&S Strategic Planning at Northwell Health, bringing extensive experience in IT and project management. Previously, Ricardo held significant roles, including Director of the IT&S Lean-Agile Transformation Center and Program Manager, Agile Coach for Health Information Exchange (HIE) at Northwell Health. At Warby Parker, Ricardo was the Director of Projects and Program Management, while at The Nature's Bounty Co., the title of Project Director, Global Infrastructure Services was held. Additional experience includes serving as Director of PMO at DealerTrack and roles at PwC as US IT Project Manager and Implementation Manager. Ricardo's academic credentials include studies at Villanova University and the New York Institute of Technology.
