Melanie Donlan

Melanie Donlan, CRC, currently holds the position of Senior Vice President and Regional Credit Officer at Northwest Bank since March 2012, where responsibilities include managing growth and ensuring credit quality for commercial real estate loans in Pennsylvania and Ohio, with lending authority up to $5 million. Previously, Melanie served as Vice President, Credit Officer, managing a team of CRE credit analysts, and as Regional Vice President, Senior Credit Analyst, handling loan packages for significant commercial real estate and commercial and industrial loan requests. Prior experience includes Assistant Vice President, Credit Analyst at Mainline National Bank and Senior Credit Analyst at Omega Bank, where supervisory and analytical roles were undertaken. Melanie holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and Business Law from Penn State University, earned in 1999.
