Tyler Mofield

Tyler Mofield is an experienced human resources professional currently serving as the Director of Employee Experience at Northwest Center since June 2015, with previous roles including Human Resources Manager, Generalist, Recruiter, and Recruiting Coordinator. In these roles, Tyler has overseen talent acquisition efforts for over 350 hires annually, maintained positive employee relations, and facilitated learning and development initiatives. Prior experience includes managing operations at ABCrepes from April 2012 to June 2015 and interning at Friends of Moran in 2014. Tyler holds a Bachelor's degree in Environmental Policy from Western Washington University, completed in 2014, and graduated from Tahoma High School in 2010.
