Terri Barnett

Terri Barnett is an experienced HR and talent acquisition professional with a robust career spanning over three decades. Currently serving as the Vice President of Talent Acquisition & HR Operations at Northwest Federal Credit Union since 2020, Terri previously held the position of Director of Talent Acquisition at Kearney & Company, where expertise focused on supporting federal operations. Prior roles include Senior Manager of Talent Acquisition at BAE Systems and Senior Manager of Talent Acquisition at Noblis, a nonprofit organization dedicated to scientific and technological advancements. Terri's extensive background also encompasses significant tenure at CSC - Computer Sciences Corporation in various staffing and HR capacities, as well as experience as a Technical Recruiter at Electronic Data Systems.
