The Health Management Team at the Northwest Portland Area Indian Health Board (NPAIHB) is responsible for overseeing and implementing health promotion and disease prevention initiatives across the forty-three federally recognized tribes of Oregon, Washington, and Idaho. They manage key projects in public health, behavioral health education, dental health, cancer prevention, and adolescent health. This team ensures the effective delivery of health services, provides training and technical assistance, and collaborates closely with the Northwest Tribal Epidemiology Center to support research and surveillance efforts tailored to the needs of the tribal communities they serve.
