Tiffani Darling

Tiffani Darling is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in nonprofit administration and organizational well-being. Currently serving as the Director of the Office of Well-Being and the Director of Engagement at Northwestern Medicine since January 2009, Tiffani has also contributed as a Board Member at the Chicago Women's Health Center since November 2021. Prior to these roles, Tiffani held the position of Director of Consulting Services at Press Ganey Associates from September 2001 to September 2009. Tiffani earned a Master of Nonprofit Administration from the Mendoza College of Business at the University of Notre Dame between 2006 and 2008, as well as a degree from The University of Olivet from 1997 to 2001.
