Darby Slade

Darby Slade is an experienced human resources professional with a strong background in business project management and campus event experiences. Currently serving as Assistant Director - Program Lead at Northwestern Mutual since November 2019, Darby has also held roles including Sr Business Project Manager in the Office of the CHRO and Sr HR Generalist in Technology and Career Distribution. Prior experience includes positions at Johnson Controls from July 2015 to November 2019, where Darby worked as a Human Resource Generalist and completed an internship. Darby earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Human Resources Management and Services from the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater, graduating in 2017.
