Jaime Montemayor

Jaime Montemayor is the chief digital and technology officer of General Mills, Inc., a publicly-traded, global manufacturer and marketer of food products headquartered in Minneapolis, Minnesota. Prior to joining General Mills in 2020, Montemayor served as senior vice president & chief information officer at Frito-Lay North America, a unit of PepsiCo, Inc., a global food and beverage conglomerate, where he worked for over 20 years. Prior to joining PepsiCo in 1995, Montemayor was a principal with Booz Allen Hamilton and a technical director with Oracle Corp. in Europe and Latin America. Montemayor was appointed to the Board of Trustees in 2017. Montemayor received a bachelor’s degree in computer science from Instituto Tecnologico y Estudios Superiores de Monterrey, Mexico and a master’s degree in computer science from Stanford University.
