Sangeetha Rai

Sangeetha Rai is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in customer success and project management. Currently serving as Vice President of Customer Success at Northwestern Mutual since December 2017, Sangeetha has played a critical role in transforming service strategies to a global SaaS model. Additionally, Sangeetha is an active Board Member at both the American Red Cross and the MKE Tech Hub Coalition, and a member of Chief, along with serving on the Advisory Board for Consero. Previous roles include Sr. Director of Support Services at LearnVest and Sr. Director of Customer Success at IQNavigator, where Sangeetha led teams to enhance customer experience and quality assurance. A strong educational background includes an MBA from SDM Institute of Management Development and a BBA from St Agnes College, complemented by certifications from the Project Management Institute.
