Deborah Bailey

Deborah Bailey has extensive experience in healthcare management, currently serving as the Director of Quality, Risk & Compliance at Norwalk Community Health Center since May 2015, and previously held the position of Quality and Performance Improvement Director. Prior roles include Manager of the Emergency Department at Milford Hospital from August 2014 to April 2015, and Director of Performance Improvement at Norwalk Hospital from April 2010 to June 2014, where Deborah was responsible for Lean initiatives and enhancing clinical processes. Deborah's career began at Norwalk Hospital, where Deborah worked from 1982 to 2009 as the Director of Patient Care Services. Educational qualifications include a Master’s degree in Health Care Administration from Western Connecticut State University and a Bachelor’s degree in Health Care Administration from Iona University, along with an Associate degree in Nursing from CT State Norwalk.
