Alyssa Skarda has over a decade of experience in human resources and customer service roles. Currently serving as a People Operations Supervisor at Nosco since June 2014, Alyssa has progressed from a Human Resources Assistant to a People Operations Specialist. Prior experience includes working as a Bank Teller at JPMorgan Chase, where exceptional customer service was provided through accurate financial transactions. Earlier, as a Manager at Rosati's Pizza, responsibilities included training new employees and ensuring high-quality customer service. Alyssa holds a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Development & Psychology from Northeastern Illinois University and an Associate of Arts degree from the College of Lake County.
