Brian Desantis

Brian DeSantis is an experienced software manager with a strong background in firmware development for medical devices. Currently serving as a Senior Software Manager at NOTA Laboratories since March 2023, Brian leads the development of a real-time Nitric Oxide delivery device. Prior to this role, Brian held positions including Principal Engineer at Mammoth Biosciences, where the focus was on a real-time RNA/DNA molecular diagnostic system, and Software Manager/Director at NeuMoDx Molecular, tasked with designing firmware for molecular diagnostic devices. Brian's extensive experience also includes leading software development for external counterpulsation products at Stage2 Innovations and managing software engineering teams at Terumo Cardiovascular Systems. With a BSEE degree from Lawrence Technological University, Brian has consistently worked with ARM processors and embedded system design throughout their career.
