Joshua Kim

Joshua Kim is an accomplished growth marketing professional with extensive experience in high-profile companies. Currently serving as Head of Growth Programs at Notion since May 2021, Joshua has held various leadership roles in growth marketing, including Growth Marketing Lead and Growth & Lifecycle Product Marketing Lead. Concurrently, Joshua serves as an Expert in Residence - Growth at First Round Capital since June 2023. Prior to these roles, Joshua worked at Spotify as a Senior Growth Marketing Manager and was pivotal in the marketing team at Credit Karma, notably as the first marketing manager hire on the Engagement team. Joshua's foundational experiences include roles at Inflection, VSP Global, Zappos, and Sony Electronics. Joshua holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics with a focus on Contemporary Leadership from the University of California, Davis, alongside a Reforge certification.
