Katrina Brownrigg

Katrina Brownrigg serves as the Assistant Director of HR at Notting Hill Genesis since April 2018, leading initiatives in Talent and Learning, Employee Relations, HR systems, and Payroll to drive organizational development and transformational change. Previously, Katrina held positions including Head of HR and OD both at Notting Hill Genesis and Notting Hill Housing Group, managing specialist HR services to enhance productivity and embed organizational values. With a diverse background in HR roles such as HR Operations Manager and Senior HR Adviser, Katrina also brings experience from Barclays Global Investors and the Ministry of Social Development in New Zealand. Katrina holds a Bachelor of Commerce in Human Resource Management and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Victoria University of Wellington.
