Clare Newstead

Clare Newstead has over two decades of experience in higher education, currently serving as the Associate Director of NTU Global and Head of the Global Education Office at Nottingham Trent University since 2003. Newstead has played a key role as the team lead in the design, validation, and delivery of the interdisciplinary Joint Honours programme in Global Studies. Previously, Newstead was a Lecturer/Senior Lecturer in Human Geography at the Mundi Global Education Centre from 2010 to 2013 and contributed as a Board Trustee. Educational credentials include a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Geography from the University of Washington and two Master's degrees in Geography from Syracuse University.
