Pete Soens

Pete Soens, CEBS, SPHR, has extensive experience in human resources with a focus on benefits and compensation. Currently serving as the Director of Total Rewards at Nouria Energy Corporation, Pete has held previous roles including HR, Benefits and Compensation Manager at Roche Bros. Supermarkets and HR, Talent Development at Boston Scientific. Additional experience includes HR Manager positions at Tufts Medical Center and in a self-employed capacity, currently pursuing French language professional courses. Pete holds a CEBS in Employee Benefits from the International Foundation of Employee Benefit Plans and a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from the University of Wisconsin-Green Bay.
