Al brings experience in environmental strategy and policy, public sector transformation and reform, strategic planning and ICT implementation.

He works across all levels of organisations in the government and superannuation sectors, from developing a strategic vision through to helping deliver it. Al enjoys solving complex strategic and operational issues and developing visual artifacts based on rigorous analysis to frame difficult problems in ways that are easy to understand.
