Yemi Okubanjo

Yemi Okubanjo is a seasoned technology executive with extensive experience in leading digital transformation and IT strategy across various industries. Currently serving as Chief Information Officer at NOVA Chemicals since July 2023, Yemi previously held the position of Vice President, Innovation & Technology at TransAlta from June 2021 to June 2023. Prior roles include Digital Strategy & Architecture for the Americas and EMEA at Rio Tinto and various positions at bp, where responsibilities included IT & Digital Strategy and IT Business Partner roles. Yemi's career began at Schlumberger in multiple capacities, advancing from an entry-level engineering role to IT Operations leadership.
