Nova Sea AS is one of the largest salmon farming companies in Northern Norway. 
The administration and industrial facilities are situated at the island of Lovund in the Municipality of Lurøy. All harvest and packing is accommodated here prior to distribution into our domestic and international markets.

The founders of Nova Sea were amongst the pioneers in the farming of Atlantic Salmon in the early 1970s. There was a good deal of trials and mistakes in the beginning of what became a long and exciting fairy-tale. The will to try out innovative solutions and carry out numerous of experiments has through 50 years developed Nova Sea into the company it is today.

The Operations and Production Team at Nova Sea AS is responsible for overseeing the entire lifecycle of salmon farming and processing. This includes managing day-to-day operations at sea, ensuring the health and growth of the salmon, coordinating the harvesting process, and overseeing the packing and distribution of the product. They emphasize innovation and efficiency to optimize production, maintain high quality standards, and meet both domestic and international market demands.
