Kristina Coon, MSA, CCP, GRP, serves as the Vice President of Total Rewards at Novant Health, bringing extensive experience in global compensation and benefits from previous roles at VF Corporation where Kristina held multiple leadership positions including Vice President, Senior Director, and Director of Global Compensation. Kristina has also contributed to Glen Raven as Director of Total Rewards and held the role of Associate Director, Global Compensation & Benefits and Human Resources Business Partner at Novartis Animal Health.
