Madison Holland

Madison Holland currently serves as an LCSW-A at Novant Health since March 2023. Madison has extensive experience in the field of social work, including roles as a Field Organizer for the North Carolina Democratic Party from July 2016 to September 2021, and an IPS Employment Specialist at Easterseals UCP North Carolina & Virginia from January 2017 to August 2018, focusing on supporting individuals with Severe Persistent Mental Illness. Prior experience includes internships at Coastal Horizons and Lower Cape Fear Hospice, as well as volunteer positions with Liberty Homecare and Hospice, and Easter Seals Of North Carolina. Madison holds a Master of Social Work degree from the University of North Carolina Wilmington, completed in May 2020, and a Bachelor of Social Work from the same institution, earned in 2016.
