Youssef Ouda

Youssef OUDA has over 25 years of experience in finance, IT, and engineering management. Currently serving as the Deputy General Director at NOVEC sa since November 2009, Youssef OUDA oversees Finance and Resources, previously holding roles such as Director of Finance and Resources and Director of Support. Prior to NOVEC, Youssef OUDA held the position of Technical Director at Creative Technologies s.a from January 2001 to March 2007 and served as the IT Service Manager at Ingema (Novec) from January 1999 to December 2000. Youssef OUDA began the career as a Study Engineer at Ingema (Novec) from September 1995 to December 1998, focusing on scientific computing applications and project management. Youssef OUDA holds a specialized Master's degree in Project Management from Mines Paris - PSL and an engineering degree in Software Engineering from ENSIAS.
