Andrew Quinn

Andrew Quinn has over 29 years of experience in human resources, currently serving as Senior Director of Human Resources for Employee Experience and Workforce Development at Novelis since April 2005. Prior roles at Novelis include Director of Human Resources for Automotive Operations and Director of Human Resources. Prior to Novelis, Andrew worked at Magna Powertrain - New Process Gear from March 1994 to April 2005, focusing on labor relations and employee relations for a large manufacturing facility. Andrew began a career in human resources as a Human Resources Coordinator. Academically, Andrew holds a Bachelor's degree in Business with a concentration in Marketing from Utica University (1989-1993) and an MBA in Business from Le Moyne College (1994-1997).
