Cory Edwards

Cory Edwards, CSP, MBA, currently serves as the EHS Manager, North America, and Environmental, Health and Safety Leader at Novelis, a position held since its acquisition of Aleris in April 2020, where Edwards was previously the Health, Safety and Environmental Manager. Prior experience includes serving as Safety Manager at Hankook Tire America Corp., where Edwards developed comprehensive safety programs, and as Environmental, Health & Safety Manager at Purity Zinc Metals, where a significant reduction of Total Recordable Incident Rate by 90% was achieved during tenure. Earlier roles include Health & Safety Coordinator, Production Manager at Metal Flake Technologies, and Production & Maintenance Worker at Purity Zinc Metals. Edwards holds an MBA in Operations Management and a BBA in Operations Management from American Intercontinental University.
