Neil Oakes is a seasoned professional in operational excellence and supply chain management, currently serving as the Global Head of Operational Excellence - Industry 4.0 at Novelis since August 2023. Previously, Neil held the position of Group Operations Director at BOAL Systems Holding B.V. from January 2021 to August 2023. Neil's experience at Novelis spans from May 2014 to January 2021, where roles included European Operations and European Supply Chain.
