Joe Hood

Joe Hood currently serves as the IT Manager at Novilla RNG, focusing on integrating operations information from multiple remote locations, managing information security, and overseeing the computer infrastructure for a renewable energy company since February 2023. Prior to this role, Joe held the position of Director of Information Technology at Quinn Evans for over 16 years, where supervision of IT infrastructure operations and a team of 210 members across six offices was paramount. Earlier experience includes consulting for Dynamic Edge, where responsibilities involved managing client networks and deploying VOIP technology, as well as serving as an Aviation Electronic Technician in the United States Marine Corps. Joe Hood earned a Bachelor of Arts in History from Virginia Tech and has studied at Craven Community College and Frostburg State University.
