Chris Ciannella

Chris Ciannella, CPA, is an accomplished finance professional with extensive experience in financial advisory, accounting, and management roles. Currently serving as Managing Director at Novo Advisors since November 2024, Chris previously held the position of Vice President of Finance and Accounting (CFO) at Crescent Foods. Additional expertise includes roles as Director of Financial Advisory at Grant Thornton LLP, Managing Director of Financial Advisory at High Ridge Partners LLC, and Partner at Fort Dearborn Partners, where Chris focused on turnaround strategies and profit improvement for various companies. Chris’s earlier career included significant positions at Deloitte, Harris Trust & Saving Bank, and KPMG. Chris served in the US Navy as a Data Systems Technician Second Class, demonstrating a strong foundation in technical and analytical skills. Chris earned an MBA in Finance/Marketing from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business and a BS in Accountancy from Northern Illinois University.
