Ali El-Hadidi

Ali El-Hadidi possesses extensive experience in organizational development and communication, currently serving as the Senior Director of People & Organization and Communication at Novo Nordisk since February 2015. Prior roles within Novo Nordisk included titles such as Senior Director of Organizational Development and People & Organization and Communication Director. Before joining Novo Nordisk, Ali held leadership positions at The Danish Trade Council Riyadh as the Head of Commercial Department and at the Canadian Embassy as Trade Commissioner. Additional experience includes serving as Assistant Commercial Attache at Flanders Investment & Trade and working in HR, Training, and Career Development at Aramco. Ali El-Hadidi holds an MBA from Manipal University, completed between 2009 and 2011.
