Elin Swärdh

Elin Swärdh is an experienced Compliance Counsel at Novo Nordisk, with a robust legal background in data protection and compliance. Previously, Elin served as Group Legal Counsel & DPO at Asker Healthcare Group, where Elin established the Group Legal function and led the Data Protection function for OneMed Group, successfully implementing GDPR across multiple regions. Prior to that, Elin worked at AWA as an Associate, focusing on intellectual property law, and gained practical experience as a Nursing Assistant at Karlskrona kommun. Elin holds a Master's Degree in Commercial and Business Law from Linköping University, complemented by various educational programs including studies at Universidad Complutense de Madrid and Lund University.
