Janey Shin

Janey Shin, MSc, MBA, is an accomplished professional with extensive leadership experience in the pharmaceutical and healthcare sectors. Currently serving as Director of Medical Operations at Novo Nordisk, Janey previously held multiple director-level positions at Johnson & Johnson, including roles in Patient Value Innovation and Real World Evidence. With additional experience as Director of Analytics and Surveillance at the Canadian Partnership Against Cancer and as Sr. Manager of Clinical Research Operations at Eli Lilly Canada, Janey has a strong background in medical affairs, market access, and strategic analytics. Janey is also a Six Sigma Black Belt, demonstrating expertise in process improvement and operational excellence. Educational qualifications include degrees from the University of Toronto’s Rotman School of Management and the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
