Keld Nielsen is a seasoned professional in total rewards management with extensive experience at Novo Nordisk since January 2007. As Sr. Director Total Rewards Partnering, Keld leads a team that provides strategic support across seven EVP areas globally for over 40,000 employees. Previous roles include directing total rewards efforts for both product supply and non-sales sectors, along with overseeing global rewards strategy and execution. Prior to Novo Nordisk, Keld served as Practice Leader at Mercer Human Resource Consulting, managing a human capital services department in Denmark. Keld holds a Master's degree in Human Resource Management from Copenhagen Business School.
