Osman Ali Rafiq

Osman Ali Rafiq is an accomplished electrical engineer with diverse experience in the energy and construction sectors. Currently serving as a Projektleder at Novo Nordisk since April 2024, Osman previously held the position of Electrical Power Engineer at Burmeister & Wain Scandinavian Contractor from October 2021 to April 2024. Prior to this, Osman worked as an Electrical Engineer at COWI from February 2020 to September 2021, focusing on high voltage, low voltage, and transformer installations, as well as managing a Bachelor Thesis on battery-powered train implementation. Osman’s career commenced in 2002 with various roles as an Electrical Technician and Fiber Technician at notable companies, including DONG Energy and TDC. Osman holds a Diplomingeniør degree in Electrical Energy Technology from the Technical University of Denmark, alongside previous qualifications in electrical engineering and project management.
