Stacey Watanabe

Stacey Watanabe, PHR, SHRM-CP, serves as the Director of Human Resources at Novogradac & Company LLP since November 2014, after previously holding the position of Senior Human Resources Manager. Watanabe oversees a wide array of HR functions across more than 25 branch offices in a professional services accounting firm, emphasizing positive employee relations and strategic partnerships with management on performance management and disciplinary actions. Prior experience includes roles as Employee Relations & Training Manager at the University of Portland, HR Manager for Bayview Financial and Interbay Funding, and Employment/Employee Relations Manager at Florida Atlantic University. Watanabe began a career in HR at Harvard University Faculty of Arts/Sciences as an Employment Coordinator, and holds a Bachelor of Arts in English from Boston University.
