Samuel Shirko

Samuel Shirko is a skilled IT professional with extensive experience in support roles across various industries, including healthcare and electoral management. Currently serving as a Machine Operator at Novolex since March 2023, Samuel previously contributed as an IT Support Specialist at JTI from February 2022 to July 2024, focusing on IT disaster recovery planning, business improvements, and user support. Prior to that, Samuel held a similar position at St Luke's Health Care Foundation, where responsibilities included maintaining patient confidentiality and providing technical support for electronic medical records. Additionally, Samuel led an IT team at the National Electoral Board of Ethiopia, overseeing software configuration and data management. Samuel holds a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology from Wolaita Sodo University and is currently pursuing a Master's degree in Information System Management at Prague University of Economics and Business.
