Rajagopala Rao Mandadapu

Rajagopala Rao Mandadapu currently serves as Chief of Staff to the MD and CEO at Novopor Advanced Science Private Limited since November 2024. Previously, Rajagopala held the position of Chief Operating Officer at Matrix Life Science from June 2023 to October 2024, and before that, was Head of Operations Excellence and Tech Lead for Speciality Inorganic Pigments at Sudarshan Chemical Industries Ltd. from April 2020 to June 2023. An extensive background in lean manufacturing and operations excellence was developed during the tenure as Implementation Coach at McKinsey & Company from June 2017 to April 2020. Additional experience includes roles at Mondelēz International, Pfizer, and Dr. Reddy's Laboratories, focusing on process engineering and optimization in the pharmaceutical sector. Educational qualifications include executive education in COO Operations Management from the Indian Institute of Management, Lucknow, a postgraduate diploma in Artificial Intelligence from The University of Texas at Austin, and a Master of Technology in Chemical Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Bombay.
