Tracey Stewart

Tracey Stewart is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in community investment and economic security initiatives. Currently serving as a Senior Program Officer at The Colorado Health Foundation since November 2020, Tracey focuses on community investments in affordable housing throughout Colorado. Concurrently, as a leader in Community Investment Strategies at Crestone Innovations, Tracey directs social impact funding for transformative community wealth building. Previous roles include Investment Director at Gary Community Investments, where strategic planning enhanced family economic security for low-income households, and Principal at Colorado Impact, offering technical assistance on affordable housing legislation. At the Colorado Center on Law and Policy, Tracey managed significant initiatives to measure and promote family financial health, and earlier contributed to the establishment of a comprehensive database for homeless service providers in Colorado. Tracey holds a Bachelor of Arts in English Literature from Dartmouth College and a Master of Arts in Education from the University of Denver.
