Tarek Reaz Khan

Tarek Reaz Khan is a seasoned banking executive with extensive experience in leadership roles across various financial institutions. Currently serving as the Managing Director and CEO of NRB Bank PLC since September 2024, Tarek previously held the position of Managing Director and CEO at Padma Bank Limited from March 2022 to June 2024. Prior to that, Tarek served as Deputy Managing Director and COO at Mutual Trust Bank Ltd., where responsibilities included heading the SME and Retail Divisions. Tarek's career also includes significant roles such as Head of Retail Banking at Bank Alfalah Limited and Deputy Managing Director and COO at The Premier Bank Ltd. Educational qualifications include Master's degrees in Marketing from the University of Dhaka and foundational education from Notre Dame College and Dhanmondi Govt. Boys' High School.
