Jouko Piri

Jouko Piri is a seasoned project manager with extensive experience in traffic management and infrastructure projects. Currently serving as Project Manager at NRC Group Finland, Jouko oversees electrical equipment maintenance for VR Corporation and directs operations in Northern Finland, particularly in the Oulu area. Previously, Jouko held the position of Senior Project Manager at Dynniq, managing maintenance projects for traffic counting points and constructing traffic light intersections. With a significant tenure at Oulun Energia -konserni, Jouko managed extensive traffic light services and railway yard rebuilding projects across multiple regions. Early career roles include service technician at Outokumpu and various positions at JOT Automation, including delivery process leader and production supervisor. Jouko holds a degree in Automation Engineer Technology from Oulu University of Applied Sciences and has a solid foundation in technical education from the Technical College of Kemi.
