Sean Chamberlin is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in strategy, architecture, and cyber security across various industries. Currently serving as the National Leader for Strategy, Architecture & Cyber Security at NRI Australia & New Zealand, Sean established a Centre of Excellence for Enterprise Architects and serves as the Lead Enterprise Architect for the Department of Justice & Community Safety. Previous roles include Program Director at Telstra, where Sean developed an Enterprise Program Office managing 126 projects, and Principal at Terra Firma Business Consulting, focusing on business transformation. As the CEO and Founder of Strategy Implemented, Sean created a globally recognized strategic planning framework. With a strong educational background from institutions such as the University of Melbourne and RMIT University, Sean has consistently driven improvement in service delivery, customer satisfaction, and organizational efficiency throughout a career spanning over two decades.
