Lynne Ensor

Lynne Ensor is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in compliance consulting and microbiology. Currently serving as Senior Vice President and Head of Global Strategic Compliance Consulting at Parexel since August 2019, Lynne has held various leadership roles, including Vice President of Global Compliance and Vice President of Technical. Prior to Parexel, Lynne worked at the FDA for over 20 years, where key positions included Deputy Office Director (Acting) in the Office of Process & Facilities and multiple directorial roles in the Division of Microbiology Assessment. Additionally, Lynne contributed to educational programming as a script consultant for the Discovery Channel and completed a post-doctoral fellowship at the University of Maryland School of Medicine. Lynne earned a Ph.D. in Microbiology from the University of Maryland between 1992 and 1997.
